Mid-Term Report

Since the start of the year I have slowly improved my stamina and running capabilities for soccer. During the pond runs I would be jogging at a fast pace for 1 minute on and 1 minute off to help my body be able to recover quicker after I stop running. This greatly improves my ability to play soccer since i can now run for longer periods of time while being able to recover fast enough.


I have been also cutting down the amount of junk food I eat. Some examples of me cutting down on junk food is that i have stopped buying chips of any sorts except once or twice a month.

I deserve a B for this report since I didn't keep any digital evidence of what I did inside and or outside of school.

  1. Good Job, Ishkaran. Way to improve on your fitness by cutting down the junk food and doing more exercises. Yes, digital evidence would be a good way to enforce what you are doing in and outside of school

  5. It's good that you've been cutting the junk food. A lot of the time what keeps people from being healthy is the food they eat so with the proper nutrition and lots of exercise you can reach your goals.
