Active Learning

During this semester I have frequently participated on all P.E activities, including fitness days to the fullest extent of my abilities except those few rare occasions  where I was either injured from outside school activities. Mostly except for the one or two times I have forgotten my P.E strip I would try as much as possible unless it was something I deemed boring and did not have much interest in it giving me no motivation to try.

During individual class activities, I usually help set up and take down equipment or just help put away the equipment once the class is over. For most of the classes this semester, I bring a positive attitude and do not usually put other people down due to there skill level in a certain aspect of P.E or just P.E in general.

The fitness sessions are all mostly boring as they are not fun but are a big aspect of active learning. In most fitness sessions, I try to give out 80 to 100% of what I got and sometimes even feel like vomiting. In terms of which type of fitness I like, I would lean towards anything to do with cardio since im trying to improve my health.

To me, leadership means someone taking charge and get everyone else on task so they don't lose interest or start fooling around. As far I can say, I didn't really pay attention to who took charge most of the time so i cant pick who is the best leader or the person putting in the most effort to keep the class on task during all times.

By the end of the year, I am hoping to improve my cardio even more to stay healthy. Currently, thanks to the weekly fitness sessions, my overall strength has increased greatly as I can run longer distances while being able to recover more quickly.
