This has been a very fun year in P.E thus far for me. I have enjoyed playing sports such as soccer, vollyball and badmintin. I take part in fitness alot by making sure to bring my P.E strip almost always except the once or twice were i had forgotten them. I like long distance and interval fitness but recently we have been doing insanity which i dont like much. I like getting out and moving, not staying in the same spot doing differnt things; so i can often get discouraged by this and not praticpate fully in insanity type fitness days.
In the terms of my progress, I have beaten my personal record in the beeptest by getting an 11 soon after i came to school which i was very proud of. On the other hand, i can no longer do as many push ups as i could do last year proving that in some ways my fitness has dropped in certain areas. Being unmotivated to doing insanity type work outs could be a reason for this because last year i had taken more intrest in those types of work outs. I mostly try by best in everything and i often help out but this is an area where i could imrpove by helping out more when setting up or cleaning up.

Final Report
Since the last time I have posted, I have improved my fittness alot sadly my ipod was stolen and so was my friends Marco's phone that had all our digital evidence :(.
One of the most important things I have learned was when Ms. Miles taught us how to pace in long distance running. I had learnt the key was to first figure out my goal in how many laps/ miles I wanted to run and what my time limit was. Then I would figure out how fast I should run for each lap. This is really going to help me pace for the community run for next year and i hope to beat my record and beat my friend Marco for once.
On the last beep test, I had reached my highest score of 11.2 which made my 10.5 on the beep test mid year look horrible which im very proud of. This has shown me proof of how much I have improved fitness wise since the last time I had checked and I know im going toward the right path to always stay fit.
Finally, the last good thing about Fitness was the relay runs at the pond run since it was really fun. I liked how we would run for about 2 minutes and then had around 6 minutes of rest before we had to run around again. At first it had seemed easy because 6 minutes is a long time to rest but after going around the pond using 80% of my speed, I was down right tired and dreaded going around again. Even though I still liked it alot.

Mid-Term Report
Since the start of the year I have slowly improved my stamina and running capabilities for soccer. During the pond runs I would be jogging at a fast pace for 1 minute on and 1 minute off to help my body be able to recover quicker after I stop running. This greatly improves my ability to play soccer since i can now run for longer periods of time while being able to recover fast enough.
I have been also cutting down the amount of junk food I eat. Some examples of me cutting down on junk food is that i have stopped buying chips of any sorts except once or twice a month.
I deserve a B for this report since I didn't keep any digital evidence of what I did inside and or outside of school.

Active Learning
During this semester I have frequently participated on all P.E activities, including fitness days to the fullest extent of my abilities except those few rare occasions where I was either injured from outside school activities. Mostly except for the one or two times I have forgotten my P.E strip I would try as much as possible unless it was something I deemed boring and did not have much interest in it giving me no motivation to try.
During individual class activities, I usually help set up and take down equipment or just help put away the equipment once the class is over. For most of the classes this semester, I bring a positive attitude and do not usually put other people down due to there skill level in a certain aspect of P.E or just P.E in general.
The fitness sessions are all mostly boring as they are not fun but are a big aspect of active learning. In most fitness sessions, I try to give out 80 to 100% of what I got and sometimes even feel like vomiting. In terms of which type of fitness I like, I would lean towards anything to do with cardio since im trying to improve my health.
To me, leadership means someone taking charge and get everyone else on task so they don't lose interest or start fooling around. As far I can say, I didn't really pay attention to who took charge most of the time so i cant pick who is the best leader or the person putting in the most effort to keep the class on task during all times.
By the end of the year, I am hoping to improve my cardio even more to stay healthy. Currently, thanks to the weekly fitness sessions, my overall strength has increased greatly as I can run longer distances while being able to recover more quickly.
